MyHomeQB will perform semi-annual visits to perform up to 25 preventative maintenance tasks. The subscription payments are paid on a monthly basis; however, services are performed annually or semi-annually.
You will be sent a calendar link to book your first appointment, which will be a 4-hour time slot (typically 8 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm).
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you can do so directly from the calendar invite...or you can always call or text us!
Appointments will be approximately every 6 months and we'll send you a scheduling link about 30 days in advance to finalize your upcoming service appointment date and time.
Each appointment will be in 4-hour segments (typically 8 am - 12 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm).
You do not need to be there for the duration of the appointment.
We will generally complete ~50% of the annual home maintenance tasks in one semi-annual appointment and the other ~50% in the next semi-annual appointment.
We will provide any necessary instructions for your upcoming appointment (such as keeping your washing machine or dishwasher empty) in the days prior to your appointment.
Yes! You will get a summary report of everything that was completed at your service appointment and it will also be accessible via our customer portal.
We often send a few pictures and flag anything noteworthy for the homeowner to be aware of.
Billing is easy! You will get a link to set up monthly autopayments.
If you do want to cancel, we just require 30 days' notice.
