Cleaning the Toilet Tank

To clean the tank, simply remove the lid, use a gentle scrub brush or sponge, and apply a bathroom cleaner or a mixture of vinegar and water to scrub the sides, flushing mechanisms, and any buildup. Cleaning the Toilet Tank:

Step #1: Turn Off Toilet Valve

Turn off your toilet valve behind the toilet.

Step #2: Flush Toilet 

Flush the toilet to empty the tank.

Step #3: Fill Up Tank with Warm Water

Fill up the tank with warm water. Caution:🔥Make sure to use warm, but not excessively hot, water. The porcelain on older toilets can be brittle.

Step #4: Add Citric Acid

Pour one cup of citric acid into the toilet tank & stir around. 

Step #5: Let Sit for One Hour

Let the citric acid do its work for one hour!

Step #6: Flush Toilet

Simply flush the toilet & admire the results!
